| A: | You have to pay your stay on the last evening in our house. You can pay cash or also with cash card.

| F: | When can I move into the room? When should I leave it? |
| A: | You can move into the room after 1300. At the best between 1600 and 2000. If you will arrive later – tell us.
Please leave your room until 10 o’clock in the morning.

| F: | If there’s a problem and it’s not possible for me to be away on leave. What will happen? |

- If you know it 3 month before the planned arrival no cancellation charge must be paid.
- If you know it until 1 month before the planned arrival – 40 % of the charge must be paid.
- If you know it until one week before the planned arrival – 70 % must be paid.
- In the last week you have to pay 90 % of the charge.
